Fertman is based on Coenzyme Q10, Ginseng, Inositol, L-Arginine, Tribulus, Vitamin B3, Vitamin C & Vitamin E.
It is recommended in case of oligo‐astheno‐ teratozoospermia, varicocele surgery recovery, in the treatment of male infertility in combination with hormonal therapies, in preparation for Medically Assisted Procreation (MAP) procedures and in the treatment of erectile dysfunction, also in combination with PDE5 inhibitors.
It actively works on spermatogenesis, androgenic system, sperm motility and oxidative stress. It exerts a pro-erectile effect.
Use:
Adults: 1 sachet a day, dissolved in a glass of water (150 ml), preferably in the morning. Therapy cycles of at least 3 months, interrupted by a 14-day break, are suggested.
